The Leasing Consultant works full-time, with some weekend shifts, managing apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals. You’ll interact directly with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy and retention.

Essential Duties:

• Greet residents and host tours, follow up on guest cards
• Ensure model apartments are clean, safe, and stocked
• Answer calls and distribute messages
• Handle mail and assist with resident events
• Prepare move-in folders, maintain business and amenities areas
• Record traffic activity in Yardi
• Convert calls into tours, deliver excellent customer service
• Inspect apartments before move-ins, coordinate with maintenance
• Maintain resident files, review move-in paperwork
• Complete daily open/close procedures
• Respond promptly to resident requests
• Research competitive properties and marketing opportunities
• Process work orders, assist with resident events
• Participate in training on fair housing, safety, and anti-discrimination policies
• Follow all safety and legal regulations

Education & Experience:

Preferred: 1 year of leasing experience, including with Yardi. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
