Pantzer Property Management in White Plains, NY is seeking a Leasing Consultant to support a growing community. You will conduct onsite tours, lease apartments, handle renewals, and collaborate with management to deliver exceptional resident experiences.

Attractive base salary with commission is offered and a schedule Monday–Friday plus weekends. The role requires a valid driver's license, strong English communication, and at least one year of sales or leasing experience.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and be able to read and communicate effectively in English.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
• Experience in sales or leasing is preferred.
• Excellent organizational abilities and customer service mindset are required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and industry software platforms.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work a schedule that includes weekends and some evenings.

Responsabilités

• Provide top quality customer service to prospective and current residents.
• Conduct onsite community tours and lease apartments to prospects.
• Assist with lease renewals and related documentation.
• Support marketing efforts including social media, open houses, and events.
• Maintain knowledge of rent, pricing, concessions, vacancies, and offerings.
• Collect security deposits, rent, and other funds as needed.
• Collaborate with onsite management and maintenance teams to service residents.
• Comply with Fair Housing laws and standards.
• Perform regular inspections of tour routes, models, and vacant units.
• Participate in training seminars

Leasing Consultant - New Acquisition Coming Soon!

Location: White Plains, NY

Salary Range: $65k, plus commission

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9-6pm; Saturday, 9-5pm, Sunday, 12-5pm; 4 weekdays required and 1 weekend day required a week

Primary Responsibilities for the Leasing Consultant:

• Providing top quality customer service to prospective and current residents
• Conducting onsite community tours and leasing apartments to prospective residents
• Working with residents on lease renewals
• Supporting marketing efforts promoting the community to prospective and renewing residents including social media, open house, offsite, and community events
• Preparing and assisting with all leasing documentation with strict adherence to all applicable regulations and policies
• Maintaining a working knowledge of rent and pricing information, concessions, vacancies, availability, and community offerings
• Collecting security deposits, rent and other funds as needed
• Working closely with onsite management and maintenance teams to provide residents with top quality service
• Understanding and complying with all Fair Housing laws and standards
• Performing regular inspections of tour routes, models, and vacant apartments on a regular basis and working with onsite team to address any issues that arise
• Participating in training seminars

What We’re Looking for in a Leasing Consultant Candidate:

• Valid driver's license required
• Must be able to read and communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• A minimum of one-year sales or leasing consultant experience
• Customer service, hospitality, or product sales backgroundExcellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Proficiency in working in various digital platforms including Microsoft Office Suite and various industry-related software platforms
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Ability to maintain a “can do” attitude to ensure the property’s success
• Flexibility to work required schedule including weekends
• Successful completion of required background and drug screening prior to start of employment
