Pantzer Property Management is seeking a Leasing Consultant for The Point at Southern Blvd in Royal Palm Beach, FL. You will conduct onsite tours and lease apartments, assist with renewals, and support marketing efforts including social media and events.

The ideal candidate has a valid driver's license, 2+ years in sales or leasing, and strong communication skills. English required; Spanish is a plus. The role carries a base of $25/hr plus commissions and requires weekend work.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license.

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years sales or leasing consultant experience.
• Customer service, hospitality, or product sales background.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and industry software platforms.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide top quality customer service to prospective and current residents.
• Conduct onsite community tours and lease apartments to prospective residents.
• Work with residents on lease renewals.
• Support marketing efforts including social media, open houses, offsite events and community events.
• Prepare leasing documentation with adherence to regulations and policies.
• Maintain knowledge of rent, pricing, concessions, vacancies and community offerings.
• Collect security deposits, rent and other funds as needed.
• Coordinate with onsite management and maintenance teams to deliver quality service.
• Understand and comply with Fair Housing laws and standards.
• Perform regular inspections of tour routes, models and vacant apartments.

Leasing Consultant- The Point at Southern Blvd

Location: 11020 Town Circle Royal Palm Beach FL 33414

Salary Range: $25/hr. plus commissions and renewals commissions

Schedule: Required to work 3 weekends per month with two weekdays off.

Primary Responsibilities for the Leasing Consultant:

• Providing top quality customer service to prospective and current residents
• Conducting onsite community tours and leasing apartments to prospective residents
• Working with residents on lease renewals
• Supporting marketing efforts promoting the community to prospective and renewing residents including social media, open house, offsite, and community events
• Preparing and assisting with all leasing documentation with strict adherence to all applicable regulations and policies
• Maintaining a working knowledge of rent and pricing information, concessions, vacancies, availability, and community offerings
• Collecting security deposits, rent and other funds as needed
• Working closely with onsite management and maintenance teams to provide residents with top quality service
• Understanding and complying with all Fair Housing laws and standards
• Performing regular inspections of tour routes, models, and vacant apartments on a regular basis and working with onsite team to address any issues that arise
• Participating in training seminars

What We’re Looking for in a Leasing Consultant Candidate:

• Valid driver's license required
• Must be able to read and communicate effectively in English (Spanish is a plus)

• Flexibility to work required schedule including weekends
• Successful completion of required background and drug screening prior to start of employment
