Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries, schedule tours, and showcase the community’s offerings.
• Deliver personalized, engaging property tours highlighting lifestyle, amenities, and value.
• Build local partnerships and execute outreach marketing to generate traffic and referrals.
• Support and contribute to social media marketing efforts to promote the community.
• Guide applicants through the leasing process from application to approval.
• Verify application details and ensure accuracy in documentation.
• Help the team meet leasing goals and occupancy targets.
• Conduct market research and contribute ideas to enhance marketing strategies.
• Support team operations, including occasional overtime when needed.

As a Leasing Consultant, you’ll be at the heart of our community! From creating first impressions, to building relationships, and driving leasing success, your day-to-day will include:

• Connecting with prospective residents by responding to inquiries, scheduling tours, and showcasing everything our community has to offer.
• Delivering personalized, engaging property tours that highlight lifestyle, amenities, and value.
