You will lead tours, engage prospective residents, respond to inquiries, and support marketing efforts to drive leasing success and strong occupancy in a dynamic team environment.

Qualifications

• Proven leasing and/or sales experience.
• Senior living experience is a big plus.
• Confident, outgoing personality with strong people skills.

As a Leasing Consultant, You’ll Be At The Heart Of Our Community! From Creating First Impressions, To Building Relationships, And Driving Leasing Success, Your Day-to-day Will Include

• Connecting with prospective residents by responding to inquiries, scheduling tours, and showcasing everything our community has to offer.


• Delivering personalized, engaging property tours that highlight lifestyle, amenities, and value.


• Building local partnerships and executing outreach marketing to generate traffic and referrals.


• Supporting and contributing to social media marketing efforts to promote the community and engage prospective residents.


• Guiding applicants through the leasing process, from application to approval.


• Verifying application details and ensuring accuracy in documentation.


• Helping the team meet and exceed leasing goals and occupancy targets.


• Conducting market research and contributing ideas to enhance marketing strategies.


• Supporting team operations, including occasional overtime when needed.

Requirements

• Proven leasing and/or sales experience.
