The Spring at Silverton in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Leasing Consultant to join ALLURE LIFESTYLES COMMUNITIES, LLC. This role focuses on creating first impressions, building relationships, and driving leasing success at an upscale active adult community.

You will conduct tours, respond to inquiries, grow partnerships, and contribute to social media content while guiding applicants through the leasing process from application to approval.

Qualifications

• Proven leasing and/or sales experience.
• Senior living experience is a plus.
• Outgoing, confident personality with strong communication.
• Strong follow-up and objection-handling skills.
• Experience creating engaging social media content.

Responsibilities

As a Leasing Consultant, you’ll be at the heart of our community! From creating first impressions, to building relationships, and driving leasing success, your day-to-day will include:

• Connecting with prospective residents by responding to inquiries, scheduling tours, and showcasing everything our community has to offer.
• Delivering personalized, engaging property tours that highlight lifestyle, amenities, and value.
• Building local partnerships and executing outreach marketing to generate traffic and referrals.
• Supporting and contributing to social media marketing efforts to promote the community and engage prospective residents.
• Guiding applicants through the leasing process, from application to approval.
• Verifying application details and ensuring accuracy in documentation.
• Helping the team meet and exceed leasing goals and occupancy targets.
• Conducting market research and contributing ideas to enhance marketing strategies.
• Supporting team operations, including occasional overtime when needed.

Requirements

• Proven leasing and/or sales experience.
