Position: Leasing Consultant
Location: Cabot, AR

Schedule:
Wednesday - Friday: 9:30 AM - 5:30 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Sunday: 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• First Impressions Matter: Greet and assist prospective residents, current residents, vendors, and guests.
• Leasing Duties:
  • Rent apartment units
  • Ensure high occupancy and renewal rates
  • Coordinate move-ins and move-outs
  • Manage lease agreements, renewals, and tours
• Administrative Tasks:
  • Handle basic office duties (typing, filing, scanning, faxing)
  • Answer phones and manage resident documentation

Qualifications

• Experience: Prior leasing experience preferred
• Availability: Must be available most weekends and open to occasional overtime
• Skills:
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal)
  • Strong customer service focus
  • Proficiency in MS Office and office equipment
• Organization & Multitasking:
  • Ability to prioritize tasks in a busy environment
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills

Physical Requirements

• Ability to walk the property and climb stairs
• Conduct physical inspections and apartment tours
• Deliver resident notices and communications
