Job Description
We are hiring a highly motivated Virtual Assistant with experience in real estate and sales to help expand our acquisition pipeline. Your primary responsibilities will be:
• - Conducting property owner research using PropStream and The Land Portal
• - Making outbound sales calls to property owners to determine motivation to sell
• - Logging lead data and maintaining call records in Google Sheets/Excel
• - Screening leads and booking follow-up calls for our acquisitions manager
• - Tracking performance and adapting based on feedback

Ideal Candidate
We are only looking for experienced professionals who meet the following criteria:
• - At least 2-year experience in real estate, cold calling, or lead generation
• - Familiarity with PropStream, The Land Portal, Zillow, Redfin, etc.
• - Confident, neutral or clear English accent — professional and articulate
• - High-speed internet connection and quiet work environment
• - Organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven
• - Available to work U.S. business hours (10 AM – 2 PM EST)

Compensation
• - Hourly Rate: $6.00 USD
• - Bonuses: $400 per closed land acquisition deal
• - Schedule: 20 hours/week to start; promotion to 40 hours/week after proven performance in generating sales
