B.HOM Student Living is seeking a Leasing Consultant in Bloomington, IN to drive occupancy and deliver an outstanding resident experience. You’ll greet prospects, tour model units, convert leads to leases, and respond swiftly to inquiries while maintaining accurate data and supporting move-ins and inspections.

The role emphasizes a sales-driven, customer-focused approach and involves working onsite with a team that values people-first service and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects, conduct tours, and convert leads to leases.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and online channels promptly.
• Assist applicants with the online leasing process and applications.
• Maintain leasing data, occupancy goals, and closing ratios.
• Prepare lease files, collect deposits, and support move-ins/inspections.
• Support events and community engagement activities.
