Job summary

Westdale Asset Management is seeking a bilingual Leasing Consultant to join our Oakcliff-area community in South Dallas. You will greet prospects, show apartments, close sales, and process rental applications and leases in compliance with fair housing laws.

Requirements include 1 year of leasing experience, bilingual English/Spanish, and strong leasing/closing skills; weekend availability is required. Competitive salary with benefits and a comprehensive package are offered.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of leasing consultant experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Typing speed of 30 WPM and organized.
• Computer skills: Word, Excel, Outlook, and Yardi or similar programs.
• Must be able to work Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and residents.
• Answer and return resident calls and emails.
• Complete guest cards and lease paperwork accurately and promptly.
• Sell features and amenities to prospective residents.
• Show apartments and secure leases.

Rate: $16.00 – $18.00 per hour (Hourly non-exempt position)

***Monthly new lease AND renewal bonuses are paid in addition to base pay.***

As a Bilingual Leasing Consultant, you make that important first connection with potential residents; you also make a difference in people’s lives by helping them find their perfect apartment home. In addition to greeting prospects, you will also show apartments, close sales, and process rental applications and leases in compliance with fair housing laws. Work Days: Monday — Saturday

Work Hours: M-F 8:30 am – 5:30 pm; Sat 10:00 am – 4:00 pm

Required License or Certification: Valid Texas Driver’s License.

Rate: $16.00 – $18.00 per hour (Hourly non-exempt position) depending on experience.
