Job summary

Westdale Asset Management is seeking a Bilingual Leasing Consultant for a 236-unit community in the Oakcliff area of South Dallas. The role handles greetings, showing apartments, processing leases, and closing deals in a fast-paced leasing office.

The position requires 1 year of leasing experience, bilingual English/Spanish, strong communication, and ability to work Saturdays. Benefits and a competitive hourly rate are provided.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of leasing consultant experience.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish).
• Good leasing and closing skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to type 30 WPM and be organized.
• Computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Yardi or other similar programs.
• Must be able to work Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Greeting visitors and residents
• Answering and returning resident calls, as well as email requests
• Completing guest cards and lease paperwork correctly and timely
• Selling features and amenities to prospective residents
• Showing apartments
• Securing leases

Rate: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour (Hourly non-exempt position)
***Monthly new lease AND renewal bonuses are paid in addition to base pay.***

As a Bilingual Leasing Consultant, you make that important first connection with potential residents; you also make a difference in people\'s lives by helping them find their perfect apartment home. In addition to greeting prospects, you will also show apartments, close sales, and process rental applications and leases in compliance with fair housing laws. Rate: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour (Hourly non-exempt position) depending on experience.

Work Days: Monday – Saturday
Work Hours: M-F 8:30 am - 5:30 pm; Sat 10:00 am - 4:00 pm
Required License or Certification: Valid Texas Driver's License.
