Job summary

Highmark Residential is seeking a Leasing Consultant at Eagle Pointe to help future residents find their next home, tour the community, process leases, and support tenant retention.

You’ll promote a positive image of the property, handle rent collections, coordinate resident events, and work with management to meet occupancy goals while delivering excellent customer service. This role rewards performance with monthly bonuses and growth opportunities within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Customer service or sales experience
• Valid driver’s license
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Help future residents find their next home by touring the community, process lease applications, type up leases and more
• Plan and attend exciting functions for our residents
• Collect and secure rental payments
• Campaign research, reporting and retention
• Maintains an acceptable closing ratio based on current property expectations
