Job summary

Sunrise is seeking a Leasing Professional in San Diego to market and show rental units, secure commitments, and assist in administrative tasks under supervision. The role includes promoting the community, conducting tours, explaining terms, and processing leases and payments.

The position offers hourly pay of $21.00–$23.00 DOE with opportunities to contribute to marketing efforts, maintain resident relations, and collaborate with the Community Manager and Maintenance team.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) is required.
• Strong ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical documents, financial reports, and leases.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Capable of basic math, percentages, discounts, and rent calculations.
• Experience with Entrata Software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Market and promote the community and available units to prospects and residents.
• Schedule and conduct property tours showcasing apartments and amenities.
• Explain lease terms, policies, and rental rates to prospects.
• Prepare and manage leasing paperwork, collect deposits and payments.
• Maintain organized resident files and coordinate with Maintenance and Management.
