This role involves managing the leasing process, providing excellent customer service, and engaging with clients. Candidates must have a high school diploma, outstanding communication abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Competitive pay ranges from $23 to $24 per hour plus a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, and 401(k) options.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer service focused with the ability to be a strong team player.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely and organized manner.

Responsabilidades

• Manage all aspects of the leasing process, including leasing apartments and preparing lease paperwork.
• Greet clients and provide tours of the apartments and community.
• Process applications and prepare lease agreements and renewals.
• Respond to inquiries and provide leasing information.
• Receive deposits and rent money, and record appropriately.
