Job summary

RPM Living is seeking an Assistant Community Manager in Columbia, SC to help oversee day-to-day operations of an apartment community. You will assist with leasing, marketing, and resident relations, while ensuring financial records are accurate.

Responsibilities include marketing to sustain occupancy, executing resident retention programs, processing rents and deposits, and producing monthly reports for the Property Manager.

Qualifications

• 2+ years tax credit experience
• Related multi-family property management experience
• HUD rules and regulations knowledge
• OneSite software a plus
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends

Responsibilities

• Market and lease to maintain budgeted or greater occupancy
• Implement resident retention programs
• Maintain resident relations and address concerns to avoid escalation
• Collect rents and perform daily deposits and reconciliations
• Enforce rent collection policies
• Process invoices
• Monitor renewals and distribute renewal notices
• Prepare move-in paperwork in a timely manner
• Produce monthly reports for Property Manager
