Responsibilities

• Assist in leasing, including inquiries, property tours, and processing applications.
• Prepare and review lease agreements; coordinate move-ins/outs and inspections.
• Oversee rent collection; address late payments and coordinate with accounting.
• Provide administrative support to the property management team and maintain resident records.
• Conduct regular property inspections and coordinate with maintenance teams.
• Assist in planning resident events and community-building activities.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for property-related services; obtain quotes.
