Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Assistant to manage leasing, marketing, and resident relations at a Fayetteville property. You will show units, process applications, and help customers move in while maintaining a positive community image.

On-site duties include marketing outreach, lease administration, and timely follow-ups. This role emphasizes customer service, resident satisfaction, and adherence to Fair Housing and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Property Leasing and Administration.
• Regular/daily onsite attendance is required.
• Effectively show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour community, and sign a lease.
• Conducts all leasing functions to close sales including appointments, leads, tours, model units, and follow-up.
• Completes all leasing paperwork prior to move-in.
• Assists with lease audits, walking units, and turn process.
• Maintain accurate prospect traffic and leasing data; respond to leads within 24 hours.
• Use sales/marketing strategies to increase traffic and meet leasing goals.
• Perform various administrative tasks as needed.
• Address resident concerns to ensure satisfaction; retain residents through programs.

Education

High School Diploma or Equivalent
