• Requires 1–2 years of Tax Credit and property management experience.
• Proven track record of strong team building and customer service.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise leasing, maintenance, janitorial, and housekeeping staff.
• Maintain knowledge of area competition and market surveys.
• Complete weekly activity reports and all rental/ leasing documentation.
• Assist Community Manager with resident requests reporting and recording.
• Support renewal and retention programs for residents.
• Collect, receip t and record rents; collect delinquent rents.
• Provide reports as required.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
