Job title: Leasing & Management Assistant – Emory Apartments (200‑Unit Community, Pensacola, FL).

Summary: Support onsite leasing, resident relations, and day‑to‑day management operations for a 200‑unit apartment community, working directly with the Property Manager to drive occupancy, renewals, and resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Handle high‑volume leasing traffic: inquiries, tours, applications, and follow‑ups to maintain strong occupancy across 200 units.
• Coordinate resident communication and service requests, ensuring timely resolution and consistent documentation for a large resident base.
• Assist with rent posting, late notices, and renewal tracking for all units, helping the Property Manager manage collections and retention at scale.
• Support marketing and outreach to keep a stable pipeline of qualified prospects (online listings, social media, signage, referrals).
