Job summary

Westdale is seeking an Assistant Community Manager for a 224-unit luxury property in Pensacola, FL. The role includes leasing, applications, collections, move-ins/outs, resident relations, reporting and marketing support.

This hourly non-exempt position offers a base pay of $20.00–$21.00 per hour, with monthly lease/renewal and quarterly performance bonuses. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life, disability, 401(k) with match, and more.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in on-site property management.
• Strong bookkeeping and organization skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Yardi or other similar programs.
• Must be able to work at least one Saturday, with an alternative day off during the week, per month or as needed based on property needs.
