Job summary

Westdale Asset Management seeks an Assistant Community Manager for a 224-unit luxury property in Pensacola, FL. The role includes leasing, applications, collections, move-ins/outs, and resident relations. Ideal candidates bring on-site property experience, strong bookkeeping, and solid communication skills.

Salary is hourly, with benefits and a team-focused environment. Flexibility to work Saturdays is required; driving and local residency are implied in location.

Rate: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour (Hourly non-exempt position)
***Monthly new lease andrenewal AND quarterly performance bonuses are paid in addition to base pay.***

Requirements

• At least one year of experience in on-site property management.
• Strong bookkeeping and organization skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Yardi or other similar programs.
• Must be able to work at least one Saturday, with an alternative day off during the week, per month or as needed based on property needs.

Work Days: Monday – Saturday
Work Hours: M-F 8:00 am – 5:00 pm; Sat 10:00 am - 5:00 pm
Required License or Certification:Valid Driver’s License in the state where the property is located, or a neighboring state in proximity to the property where applicable.

Rate: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour (Hourly non-exempt position)
