Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a property operations professional to support the Property Manager in daily oversight of the community. You will inspect units and grounds, assist in leasing activities, and help maintain professional standards across operations.

You will coordinate with management to ensure timely rent collections, document daily resident information, and support budget and reporting needs. A strong customer-service focus and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year minimum experience.
• Strong supervisory, communication, organizational, and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Works with Property Manager in developing integral team that effectively sells the quality and professionalism of the organization.
• Inspects property common areas, apartment units and grounds on a regular basis.
• Assists in various leasing activities as required.
• Maintains up-to-date knowledge of market and competitive properties.
• Represents company in a professional manner at all times.
