Responsibilities include processing rent and payments, updating the PM software, and coordinating annual renewals and inspections, while maintaining positive resident relations and facilitating leasing

Qualifications

• Sales and customer service experience.
• 1–2 years of related experience.
• Property management software and LIHTC experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collect and post rent and other payments daily.
• Update property management software to reflect activity and profitability.
• Execute eviction and dispossessory procedures per policy and state law.
• Prepare month-end accounting reports and statements.
• Process accounts payable per SOPs.
