Job summary

Lakeshore Management is hiring an Assistant Community Manager for the Whispering Pines area in Boynton Beach, FL. The role blends sales, operations, safety, and customer service to drive occupancy and revenue growth.

You will support daily community operations, including resident relations, rent collection, compliance, and marketing activities, under supervision. This is a non-supervisory, full-time position with on-site responsibilities.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Property management or real estate certifications are a plus.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred; strong communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations and financial oversight, including budgeting and rent collection.
• Assist in driving occupancy through marketing, leasing, and renewals.
• Maintain resident relations and promote a welcoming community environment.
• Assist with hiring, training, and development of team members.
