Job summary

Atlantic Housing Foundation, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Community Manager for Hillcrest Apartments in Euless, TX. You will assist the Community Manager in daily property operations and ensure resident satisfaction.

You will update rents and deposits, process move-ins and move-outs, and coordinate with maintenance. Proficiency with Yardi Voyager is preferred, and experience with LIHTC, HUD, and Section 8 is required.

Qualifications

• 2 years of LIHTC, HUD and Section 8 experience (required).
• 1-year experience in property management (required).
• 1-year experience with Yardi or Yardi Voyager (preferred).
• High School diploma or equivalent (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Assist the Community Manager in daily property operations.
• Update rents, deposits, and other monies; verify against leases.
• Issue notices for late payments, evictions, or returned items.
• Inspect property on site; report maintenance needs.
• Handle leasing tasks: greet prospects, show property, assist marketing.
• Coordinate notices to vacate and renewal conversions.
• Maintain on-site accounting for leases, move-ins/outs, traffic.
• Process move-ins/move-outs; proofread leases and related paperwork.
• Accept service requests and route to maintenance; follow-up.
