Job summary

The NRP Group is seeking a Community Assistant for our LIHTC community in Fort Worth, TX. Under the Community Manager, you will handle daily property operations, leasing processes, and resident services to ensure a quality living environment for residents.

You will assist in administrative tasks, data accuracy in Yardi, and support revenue optimization while maintaining excellent customer service and on-site operations. This role offers growth opportunities within a recognized Top Workplace.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• LIHTC designation preferred. College degree preferred.
• Experience in LIHTC or tax credit housing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maximize cash flow at the property by maximizing revenue and rent collection.
• Monitor Yardi data accuracy and leasing activities.
• Assist Community Manager with budgeting, renewals, and occupancy goals.
• Support marketing efforts and respond to inquiries to drive traffic and leases.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain residents’ satisfaction.
