Qualifications

• 1+ years in customer service or sales oriented role.
• 6+ months on-site leasing experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong attention to detail and sales ability.
• MS Office proficiency; YARDI experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle leasing, marketing, sales, customer service, and resident retention.
• Build relationships with future and current residents through professional communication.
• Conduct tours, answer questions, and offer solutions for residents.
• Improve community performance through relationship sales.
• Maintain sales standards for telephone and in-person interactions.
• Process applications, move-ins, and renewals for review.
