Job summary

A Better Way ABA in Gainesville, FL is seeking a proactive Leasing Agent / Assistant Manager to join our onsite management team. This hybrid role focuses on driving occupancy through strong sales skills while supervising daily operations and resident relations to keep the community running smoothly.

Responsibilities include leasing and sales, resident relations, coordinating events, and supporting the team with reporting and administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in leasing, sales, or customer service.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong sales and communication skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Leasing and Sales: Drive occupancy and generate new leases.
• Resident Relations: Respond to concerns and address issues promptly.
