Responsibilities

• Effectively develop and implement personal sales and telephone skills.
• Provide information about the apartments and the community to the prospective resident and schedules visits to the community.
• Responsible for the leasing process from introduction to occupancy and maintaining communication throughout tenancy.
• Collect security deposits, rent, and all other funds associated with moves.
• Prepare all lease documentation following qualification, screening, and acceptance procedures.
• Work to optimize occupancy while maintaining lease rent, increasing traffic, and meeting closing ratio goals.
• Maintain prospect, traffic, and leasing data in database.
• Maintain knowledge of market competition and prepare monthly competitive survey reports.
• Respond to resident problems and follow through to resolution.
• Complete service requests and communicate with Maintenance Department.
• Support marketing efforts and input promotions or ads.
• Maintain knowledge of rent, vacancies, availability, and lease expirations.
