• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with social media and marketing platforms preferred.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
• Yardi experience is highly preferred.
• Neat appearance and professional attire while representing the community.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries, schedule tours, and conduct site visits.
• Oversee leasing from introduction to occupancy and maintain communication throughout tenancy.
• Collect security deposits, rent, and all funds related to moves.
• Prepare lease documents while following qualification and screening procedures.
• Work to optimize occupancy and maintain lease rent performance.
• Maintain prospect, traffic, and leasing data in the database.
• Provide market insights and competitive surveys to track real estate trends.
• Respond to resident problems and ensure timely resolution.
• Complete service requests and coordinate with Maintenance.
• Support marketing efforts and promotions.
