Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Lease and show properties to prospective residents and verify residency applications.
• Prepare and execute leases, renewals, notices and related reports.
• Assist with marketing, callbacks, and maintaining curb appeal.
• Train new staff and assist the Community Manager with reports.
• Perform routine admin duties: post rent, prepare deposits, and order supplies.
• In the Community Manager's absence, assume management responsibilities.
