Job summary

Thrive Communities is seeking a hands-on Leasing Coordinator for our Tacoma, WA community. You will greet prospective residents, present available units, and guide applicants through the leasing process while ensuring exceptional service and adherence to policies.

The role emphasizes strong communications, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. This on-site position offers competitive benefits and growth opportunities within the Thrive team.

Qualifications

• 1+ year working in customer service.
• 1+ year prior sales or leasing experience.
• Basic computer skills with the ability to learn/navigate software systems.
• Prior experience in property management or similar industry is a plus.
• NALP Certification, or other NAAEI credential, is a plus.
• Yardi/CRM and OnSite experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Leasing: generate lease paperwork, focus on sales and closing ratios, mentor lease generation.
• Resident Relations: maintain positive customer relations and inspect property as needed.
• Marketing: manage ads and stay aware of local market trends to improve resident satisfaction.
• Administrative: respond to calls/emails, keep required reports updated daily, organize leases and paperwork.
• General: perform additional duties as assigned by management.
