Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; higher education preferred.
• 2-3 years of customer service or related experience.
• Ability to lift, push and pull up to 40 pounds.
• Background check and drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Support occupancy and rental goals through advertising, inquiries, and property tours.
• Assist Community Manager with operations and rent collections; supervise staff when needed.
• Maintain curb appeal through daily inspections and upkeep.
• Ensure resident satisfaction and be available for emergency responses.
