Job summary

Confidential Real Estate Company seeks a leasing/marketing associate to support the Community Manager in achieving occupancy goals and maintaining high resident service standards.

This role requires accompanying designated office hours, conducting property tours, responding to inquiries, and assisting in market studies while ensuring safety and 24-hour emergency readiness.

You will help manage resident relations, rent collections, and daily property appearance to uphold curb appeal and compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2–3 years of customer service or related experience.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Support the Community Manager by achieving occupancy and rental goals.
• Respond to inquiries, conduct property tours, and assist with leasing activities.
• Assist in market studies and prepare rental traffic reports.
• Promote positive resident relations and handle complaints and rent collections.
• Maintain property appearance and safety; participate in 24-hour emergency readiness.
