Job summary

RPM Living is seeking a Leasing Associate to drive leasing, marketing, and positive resident relations on-site at our apartment community. You will handle tours, applications, deposits, and occupancy tasks while maintaining an engaging social media presence.

You will qualify prospects, conduct tours, process leases, and coordinate move-ins, ensuring a smooth resident experience and adherence to Fair Housing guidelines.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school.
• Six months to one-year related experience and/or training.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries to schedule virtual, self-guided, and in-person tours.
• Greet and qualify prospects using guest cards and assist with applications and deposits.
• Process applications with credit checks and rental history verification.
• Show apartments and close sales; prepare move-ins and paperwork.
• Maintain social media presence to enhance visibility and engagement.
• Address resident questions and service issues promptly to retain tenants.
• Close the sale by scheduling appointments, tours, and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with marketing to drive traffic within the marketing plan.
