Qualifications

• 2+ years of property management experience.
• Prior customer service experience required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong motivation to learn & contribute daily.
• Clear professional communication in person, over the phone, email, and text.
• Experience with Yardi, Paycom and Microsoft Office preferred.

Responsibilities

• Walk marketing tour path and show apartments to prospects.
• Coordinate daily activities across People, Product, Price and Promotion.
• Respond to resident and prospective resident calls and emails promptly.
• Maintain market-ready apartments, model homes and amenities to Weidner standards.
• Process applications promptly after tours and input traffic daily.
• Meet with Community Director to review leasing performance and goals.
• Manage lease renewals and retention initiatives.
• Visit competitor properties monthly to adjust marketing strategies.
