The Morgan Group is seeking a Leasing Consultant to join our on-site team in Cypress, Texas. You will greet prospects, tour properties, present leasing options, and process approvals and move-ins.

The role emphasizes superior customer service, product knowledge, and collaboration with property staff. This position requires a proactive, reliable individual with strong communication and organizational skills; prior leasing or sales experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer service in a leasing context.
• High School diploma or equivalent; higher degrees preferred.
• Ability to use email, internet and CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to leasing and marketing policies and procedures.
• Answer the phone and greet clients.
• Tour apartments and close leasing deals.
• Process leases and move-ins; ensure all paperwork is complete.
• Respond to resident requests and resolve issues.
• Attend required trainings and stay informed about the property.
