Morgan Group is seeking a Leasing Professional to welcome residents, tour properties, process leases, and nurture resident relationships across our Houston community. This role emphasizes delivering excellent customer service, meeting leasing goals, and maintaining high standards in line with MORGAN policies.

You will coordinate with on-site teams, ensure accurate leasing files, and support marketing efforts to drive occupancy while upholding company values and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer service (or equivalent) is required.
• Experience in the property management industry is preferred.
• Must be a proficient user of email, Internet and web-based applications.

Responsabilités

• Adhere to MORGAN’s Leasing and Marketing, Management and Operations, Maintenance, and Emergency Procedures manuals.
• Answer the phone and greet clients.
• Tour and lease apartments and sell the products and services of the community.
• Responsible for the leasing process from introduction to occupancy.
• Respond to resident requests and help resolve issues.
