Job summary

The Morgan Group in San Antonio, TX is seeking a full-time Leasing Associate to manage leasing activities, greet clients, conduct tours, and handle paperwork for our multifamily community. You will work with a team to meet leasing goals and maintain high resident satisfaction.

Ideal candidates will be customer-focused, organized, and capable of handling multiple leasing tasks, from initial inquiry to move-in, while representing The Morgan Group’s values and standards.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to MORGAN’s Leasing and Marketing, Management and Operations, Maintenance, and Emergency Procedures manuals along with the Team Member Handbook.
• Answer the phone and greet clients.
• Tour and lease apartments and sell the community products and services.
• Manage the leasing process from introduction to occupancy.
• Prepare and complete all leasing paperwork including the lease.
• Respond to resident requests and resolve issues, including creating service requests.
• Maintain knowledge of the community and its market and complete required trainings.
