Job summary

Landmark Properties is seeking a Community Ambassador to lead leasing, marketing and resident experience initiatives. You will generate leads, conduct tours, and maintain positive community relations to maximize occupancy and ensure high levels of resident satisfaction.

You will collaborate with the Leasing & Marketing Manager and Community Manager, supporting social media campaigns, on- and off-campus events, and timely response to inquiries while adhering to Fair Housing and corporate policies.

Qualifications

• Must be organized, reliable and self-disciplined.
• Experience with leasing, marketing or resident services is a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Leasing, marketing, and resident experience support.
• Understand contracts and explain terms to residents and guarantors.
• Generate leads, complete guest cards, schedule and conduct tours.
• Perform follow-up, and promote community via social media and events.
• Assist with email/text campaigns in Entrata and TextUs.
