Job summary

American Campus Communities is seeking a part-time Community Assistant for University Trails in Lubbock, TX. You will assist property management in leasing, tours, lead generation, and delivering excellent resident service while enrolled in an accredited degree or certificate program.

You will work a structured office shift, may include evenings and weekends, and participate in Turn/Move-In/Move-Out processes.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in an accredited degree or certificate program.
• Strong customer service and leasing skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Close sales by scheduling tours, generating leads, and responding to inquiries.
• Enter prospective resident information into Salesforce leasing system.
• Conduct leasing tours and respond to leasing calls and online inquiries.
• Assist with orientation marketing, housing fairs, and community events; contribute to social media content.
• Maintain community standards, safety, and cleanliness; report issues.
