Must be enrolled in a degree or certificate program from an accredited college or university. Availability includes evenings, weekdays, weekends, and on-call shifts to support Turn, Move-In, Move-Out and community events.

Responsibilities

• Close sales by making appointments, giving tours, following up with prospects, and processing inquiries.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and parents, and support property policies and procedures.
• Work a structured office shift including evenings, weekdays, weekends, or holidays as determined by supervision.
• Participate in Turn, Move-In, and Move-Out processes and related tasks.
• Assist with marketing activities, events, social media, and community engagement.
