Qualifications

• Must possess strong organization skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Leasing, marketing, and resident experience duties to drive occupancy.
• Understand housing contracts and communicate terms clearly to residents and guarantors.
• Generate leads, complete guest cards, schedule and conduct tours, and follow up with prospects.
• Support social media marketing and participation in community events and campaigns.
