Texas Inter-Faith Management/40i is seeking a dynamic Leasing Associate to support the expansion team in lease-ups for new properties. You will greet prospects, qualify leads, and guide applicants through rental processes, including applications and deposits, while presenting community features and benefits.

The role emphasizes a professional, organized, and detail-oriented approach, with a focus on customer service, sales, and market outreach.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of leasing experience.
• Proficient in sales and marketing with strong customer service skills.
• Ability to manage data entry and maintain records accurately.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Driver’s license required; bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects.
• Record all telephone and in-person visits.
• File and maintain guest cards.
• Inspect models and available units.
• Communicate service needs to the Property Manager.
• Demonstrate features and benefits; close the sale.
• Assist applicants with applications and deposits.
• Update availability, process applications and approvals.
• Ensure apartment ready for move-in on the agreed date.
• Follow up with prospects and secure signatures.
• Orient new residents to the community.
• Assist in monitoring renewals and advertising effectiveness.
• Gather market information and competition data.
