Texas Inter-Faith Management/40i, a non-profit in the affordable housing sector, seeks a detail-oriented Lease up Property Manager to design and implement a marketing and leasing plan and oversee day-to-day operations, budget, and maintenance activities.

The role requires LIHTC experience, strong leadership, and willingness to travel to all sites, including out-of-state properties. Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year in apartment marketing and leasing are preferred.

• Strong management and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated, detail oriented and adaptable in diverse interactions.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Regional Supervisor and Property Manager in monitoring daily operations.
• Provide oversight for on-site staff and contractors.
• Market the property to generate traffic and maintain curb appeal.
• Assist with lease-up of new construction, including waitlist management and leasing.
• Review financial and compliance reports and assist with audits.
