Job summary

Foresight Asset Management, LLC is seeking a personable Leasing Specialist to join our onsite staff and help create a positive experience for prospective and current residents. You will show apartments, handle leasing inquiries, process applications, and support community success.

The ideal candidate is professional, motivated to meet leasing goals, and committed to quality and resident satisfaction. A high school diploma and 2+ years in leasing or related customer service are required;

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 2 years of leasing or related customer service/sales experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Guide prospective residents through the leasing process, conduct tours, and showcase the community's features and amenities.
• Prepare and explain lease documents with accuracy and professionalism to ensure a smooth move-in experience.
• Assist with applicant screening and compliance with affordable housing programs, where applicable.
• Support daily operations alongside the Property Manager to ensure apartments are ready for move-in and meet quality standards.
• Maintain leasing and traffic data, respond to inquiries, and implement creative sales and marketing strategies to meet occupancy goals.
• Engage with residents through thoughtful service, coordinate resident events, and foster a welcoming community atmosphere.
• Participate in company training programs to grow knowledge and skills in property management.
• Uphold high standards for customer service, resident satisfaction, and professionalism in all interactions.
