Job summary

Westdale in Houston is seeking an Assistant Community Manager for our 270-unit community in the Museum District. The ideal candidate will handle leasing duties, applicant processing, income collection, move-ins/outs, resident relations, reporting and marketing to support property operations.

This on-site role requires at least one year in on-site property management, strong bookkeeping and organization, and fluent communication.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Assistant Community Manager in on-site property management (1+ year).
• Strong bookkeeping and organization skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills: Word, Excel, Outlook, and Yardi or similar.
• Must be able to work one Saturday per month.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
