Lion Real Estate Group is looking for a Floating Leasing Associate who will travel between our Nashville multifamily portfolio, lending a hand where needed. You’ll connect with future residents, market creatively, and help people find their perfect home.

You’ll greet and tour prospects with energy, lease apartments earning commissions, and promote properties online while building strong relationships with a friendly team.

Qualifications

• A true extrovert—fun, lovable, and people-oriented.
• Sales-minded with a strong ability to close leases.
• Social media savvy—posting, sharing, and engaging comes naturally.
• Creative, upbeat, and always ready with a smile.
• Willingness to travel and work a flexible schedule.
• Bilingual preferred - Spanish. Valid driver's license and insured vehicle.
