Lion Real Estate Group is seeking a Leasing Associate for Haven Apartments in Nashville, TN. You’ll greet prospective residents, tour properties, and close leases with energy and enthusiasm.

You will promote properties on social media, build relationships, and collaborate with a fun, supportive team. Prior leasing or property management and strong sales/customer service skills are preferred, bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Qualifications

• Previous leasing, assistant manager, or property management experience preferred.
• Proven sales ability and a passion for customer service.
• Strong resident relations and collections experience.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous leasing, assistant manager, or property management experience preferred
• Proven sales ability and a passion for customer service
• Strong resident relations and collections experience
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Experience with Yardi or other property management software preferred
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
