Richman Property Services, Inc. is seeking a Leasing Associate to handle inquiries, show available properties, and drive occupancy at our Belleair Place and Bayside Court communities in Clearwater, FL.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of leasing experience, strong phone sales, and a customer‑focused attitude. This role offers a daytime schedule and performance-based bonuses, with comprehensive benefits as part of a growing Florida portfolio.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of leasing experience; multi-family leasing with new construction preferred.
• Strong phone sales and customer service skills; upbeat attitude and reliable follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Manage all leasing inquiries including phone calls, emails, and walk-ins with professionalism and energy.
• Communicate knowledgeably about available properties to exceed performance benchmarks.
• Create and distribute engaging marketing materials to drive occupancy.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and current residents.
• Demonstrate highly motivated, high-energy sales skills with excellent closing ability.
• Adapt to the needs and personality of each prospect to deliver a personalized experience.
• Thrive in a professional, performance-driven, fast-paced team environment.
